Parent Education

Classes at Morristown Memorial Hospital range from prenatal exercise to postpartum infant care.  We also offer special classes for grandparents and siblings.  Our instructors are appropriately trained, certified and experienced to teach all of our pregnancy and parenting programs. 

Prepared childbirth classes are led by registered nurses who are certified childbirth educators.  Additional presenters offer expertise in areas such as anesthesia, exercise, lactation, massage, and nutrition.

Though our schedule of classes accommodates most people, we’re happy to offer private classes tailored to your individual needs. The charge for private instruction is $85/hour.

Parent Education reserves the right to cancel any program should there be an insufficient number of participants.
